Mr. Ando currently serves as CEO at AG-TECH and has been in this position since October 2002. Mr. Ando previously served at Borland Japan for over 10 years, and at the time of leaving served as country manager. Mr. Ando has over 20 years experience in software sales in the Japanese market. Mr. Ando is a graduate from Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology.
Mr. Tanahashi currently serves as CTO at AG-TECH and is responsible for product engineering and support. Mr. Tanahashi started AG-TECH in 1984 and has since provided engineering resources and support activities that have produced products for the Japanese market including the Pervasive.SQL ( formerly Btrieve ) database and Crystal Reports report generating products. Prior to AG-TECH, Mr. Tanahashi was an independent engineer in the media industry. Mr. Tanahashi is a specialist in database tool and software development as well as software internationalization and localization. Mr. Tanahashi is a graduate from Aichi University.
Mr. Suzuki currently serves as Marketing Director at AG-TECH and is responsible for PR, Marketing Communication, and Web Content from product planning through to sale. Previously at Novell Japan as the Manager of the ISV support department, Mr. Suzuki was responsible for the management of Netware and Unix SDK provision and support systems, and also the starting up of the Japanese edition of Novell's developer support program "DeveloperNet". Prior to Novell Japan, at Eastman Kodak (Japan) Research Laboratory, Mr. Suzuki took part in the development, research support and introduction of various Supercomputer, Mainframe and Unix systems.
Mr. Christensen most recently served as managing director of the Asia Pacific Region for Pure Atria where he started and developed the region. Prior to Pure Atria, Mr. Christensen worked at Borland International where he was responsible for managing and directing the Borland Japan subsidiary leading sales, marketing, and software development operations. Fluent in Japanese and Japanese business culture, Mr. Christensen has more than fifteen years experience in Japan and the Asian Pacific Region. Mr. Christensen studied electrical engineering and holds degrees in finance, economics, Japanese and marketing, from Utah State University. Mr. Christensen also attended the Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Program for Growing Companies and has guest lectured at UC Berkeley's Haas Graduate School of Business.
